Nearby stores. One board.
If your stores are ten minutes apart, your people already cover for each other, by text message. A Unit makes that a plan.

See every store's week at the same time.
People are grouped by home store. Shifts away from home carry a store tag, so nobody has to ask where they are working. Each store has its hours budget on the board, and so does the Unit. Publish the whole Unit's week at once.
SharingHow sharing stays fair.
You choose the stores
You pick which stores form a Unit. Units need two stores or more. An admin setting limits how large a Unit can be.
Assignments decide who travels
Who can work where comes only from each person's store assignments.
Home store rules
Keep people at home for a minimum number of days, or on preferred days. A break of these rules is listed and needs a reason.
Rules follow the person
Hours per week are counted across stores, so a shift at the second store still counts toward the limit.
The reason stays visible
A shift away from home says so, in the same place it explains the need and the rank.

Bring your store hours and your Saturday problem. We will draft a week together, and you can ask any shift why it is there.
