Juvant Workforce Management
Time clock and verified hours

Sign the timesheet knowing it is true.

Your team clocks in at the store. Time with customers gets its own line. Each clock-in can come with a clip from the cameras you already have, and a reviewer checks it without a store visit.

The real product on demo data. Stores and people are made up, and the camera picture is a drawn stand-in.
At the store

Time clock. Customer time.

Each person sees today's shift, then clocks in, takes a break and clocks out. When they start helping a customer, they start a session. It is tracked apart from time worked, so one never hides the other.

The Today screen: a time clock, a customer session in progress and today's shift.
Evidence cameras

The proof is already on your ceiling.

Choose which of the store's existing cameras back clock events, store by store. No new hardware.

The review

Review without the drive.

One queue

Clock events line up in one queue. A reviewer watches the clip next to the event time and the scheduled shift, then records a decision and moves to the next one.

Four clear outcomes

Verified. Not verified. Video unavailable. System issue. Each one says exactly what happened, including when a check could not be done.

Optional by design

Start with scheduling. Add verification to one store, then more, when you are ready. Nothing else changes.

Common questions
Do I need cameras to use Juvant Workforce Management?
No. Scheduling and the time clock work without cameras. Verification is an option for stores that want proof behind clock-ins.
Do I need new cameras?
No new hardware. Clips come from the cameras already in your store. You choose which camera backs clock events. Book a demo and tell us what you run.
Who decides whether a clock-in is verified?
A reviewer does. They watch the clip and record one of four outcomes: verified, not verified, video unavailable or system issue.
Are there rules about recording staff?
Yes, and they vary by state. Notice and consent requirements can apply to workplace cameras. Check your situation with counsel before you turn this on.

Bring your store cameras into the conversation.

Tell us what you run. We will show you what a clock-in review looks like, and how scheduling works with or without it.
