Juvant Workforce Management
Product overview

From store setup to checked clock-ins.

Juvant Workforce Management covers the part of retail that decides your labor line: who works when, why they were chosen, and whether the hours really happened.

The Shifts board after a draft week is generated, with a shift tooltip showing the need and the rank.
The real product on demo data. Stores and people are made up.
The film

Two minutes, start to finish.

Demo data: the stores and people are made up, and the camera picture is a drawn stand-in. The film says Dragonfruit because Dragonfruit AI builds Juvant Workforce Management.
The loop, every week

Five steps. One product.

Performance

Ranked by sales per hour worked.

Each person gets a value and a rank within the store or Unit. A manager can set any value by hand.

The Performance table: people ranked by CPH, sales per hour worked, with an edit pencil on each row.
Calendar

Time off. Holidays. Blackout dates.

Time off, preferred days off, holidays and blackout dates sit on one calendar.

The Calendar in Settings: time off, holidays and special days on one month.
Explain the draft

Every shift explains itself.

The bulb on a draft shift tells you the need it covers and the person's rank.

A shift tooltip on the board: Generated draft. 5pm to 8pm peak, 3 people needed. Jordan Ellis, rank 1 of 7.
Move your pointer over any bulb to read the real tooltip.
Review and publish

Time off is never broken.

One review before a week goes live. What must be fixed, what needs a reason, and what you should simply know.

The Review and publish drawer: one shift to fix before publishing because of time off, and one warning that needs a reason.
All of it

Everything in the product, in one list.

Store setup

Store hours, staffing needs by time of day, and peak hours for each store. Company defaults, with an override for any store.

Rules

Maximum hours per day and week, maximum days per week, minimum rest between shifts, and six-day limits for chosen weeks or people.

Calendar

One place for time off, preferred days off, holidays, time-off blackout dates and special days with their own hours.

Performance

Each person's sales per hour worked, ranked within the store or Unit. A manager can set each value by hand.

Draft the week

A full draft week for a store or Unit. Each shift explains itself. Each open shift lists who could not take it and the rule that stopped them.

Week board

Drag or edit shifts with rules checked as you go. Weekly hours budget on the board. Copy a week, or clear the drafts and start again.

Review and publish

One review before a week goes live. Time off blocks publishing. A bent rule needs a reason.

Units

Group nearby stores, share people through store assignments, and plan them on one board. Home store rules keep people where they belong.

Time clock

Clock in, break and clock out at the store. Customer time tracked apart from time worked.

Verified hours

Choose which of your existing cameras back clock events. Clips go to a review queue, where a reviewer records a decision.

See it on a week from your own stores.

Bring your store hours and your Saturday problem. We will draft a week together, and you can ask any shift why it is there.
